Can you also try to ping the IP address of your android tablet from your primary machine (and vice versa if you can do it easily)? If you have a third party firewall software, please make sure that spacedesk or C:\Windows\system32\spacedeskService.exe is included in the exception list for incoming and outgoing connection.
