WebSHINE stands for Serving Health Insurance Needs of Everyone. It is a federal/state program for any Medicare enrollee that needs assistance with any aspect of their health insurance coverage. We have two trained SHINE Counselors and there are appointment hours every week. Webvirtual but may return to in-person or hybrid in the future.
