WebDragontooth Crater is MESSED UP!! I went there to clear a bounty from Markarth's steward, and the first time the Frost Dragon just laid there. I shot it with arrows until it died, but its body just continued to lay there. There was another red dot in the distance but there wasn't a second dragon, and I didn't get a soul or credit for the bounty.
