Web26 aug. 2015 · Pack grease into seals of pulleys and reinstall seals. Pack grease into cage pivot spring. Assemble pulley wheels into cage and install pulley bolts. A mild thread locker is recommended on the threads. Spin pulleys to check proper for alignment after securing bolts. Place spring into body of derailleur in same orientation as it was removed. The best thing to do is split the cage and get all the bits super clean. If you want to put a tiny bit of light oil in the roller, cool but too much will do more harm than good.
