I've just starting having the same problem when turning left, then the check engine light came on and it was hesitating in low revs (seemed worse in 4th gear-strange) and since I needed an oil change anyway, I took it to Valvoline and the tech said it was a misfire code (didn't get the code#-Stupid on my part).
